Course content
The subject characterizes and analyses the post-war retributive judiciary in the Czech lands. Attention is paid to the preparation of decrees of the president which established the National Court and people's courts. The theme is studied in the context of the post-war displacement of German inhabitants. Special attention is devoted to trials connected with the crimes of holocaust and antisemitism. Learning outcomes
The subject characterizes and analyses the post-war retributive judiciary in the Czech lands. Students will become familiar with the postwar retributions judiciary in the Czech lands.
