Course content |
Course programme: 1. Introduction to MATLAB, set paths, workspace, vectors and matrices, variables. 2. MATLAB as a scientific calculator, built-in functions, variables, logical operations, help. 3. Basic data structures, export and import data, programming in MATLAB, M -files, scripts and functions. 4. Graphics, 2D and 3D graphs. 5. Statistic toolbox, exploratory data analysis, descriptive statistic, visualization of data, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals. 6. Regression models, interactive analysis with GUI. 7. Statistical process control, SPC methods, control charts, capability indexes. 8. Planning experiments. 9. Multivariate statistical process control, principal component analysis, factor analysis, clusters analysis. 10. QC Expert, interactive data analysis, special method of quality control and SPC. 11. QC Expert, quality inspection 12. QC Expert, control charts (CUSUM, EWMA, Hotteling), standard Shewhart?s charts, Pareto?s diagrams. 13. Statistical language R, statistics, 14. Language R, classifications of data, classification and regression trees.
