Course content
1. Introduction to course 2. -3. Project planning 4.-5. Time planning and Gant diagram 6.-7. Financial planning of projects 8.-9. Human resource of projects 10.-11. Management of projects 12.-13. Evaluation of projects

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Group consultation
  • Semestral paper - 40 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of project designing and management. Students will work on their project from planning, financial analysis, risk analysis, motivation of team members till communication plan.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme and would be able to prepare and lead a project.
Prerequisites
Students do not need any special knowledge (just normal work with PC).

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Student's performance analysis

Students will work on semestral project, they finish with written test.
