Course content
(A) Business corporation. 1. the Transitional provisions of the law on commercial corporations. 2. the Concept of establishment, capital investment, market share, authorities, cancellation and demise. 3. the Various legal forms of commercial company and the team. 4. the Various legal forms of commercial company and the team. 5. the Various legal forms of commercial company and the team. (B) the Right to Work. 7. Labour law: concept, sources, relationships, basic principles, bodies. 8. the Employment relationship. The agreement on the work held outside the employment relationship. 9. Working hours. Rest period. Obstacles at work. Vacation. 10. the Remuneration of the workers. Reimbursement of expenses. Employee care. 11. Liability for damage. Safety and health protection at work. (C) the Civil procedural law. 12. Civil procedural law: concept, sources, the bodies of civil proceedings. 13. the Types of civil proceedings. The Taking Of Evidence. 14. Decisions and appeals. The costs of proceedings.

Learning outcomes
The principal aim of the subject is to create legal consciousness of students based on the knowledge of legal concepts necessary for understanding law, its aim, development and organization, and its proper application to practice. The student will acquire the orientation in the Czech rule of law and usage of legal sources. Labour law, civil process.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme. Students will gain competence to apply knowledge from this course in practice, in bachelor thesis.
Prerequisites
Students don't need special knowledge or visit other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Exam: written. Test from subject content with a success rate of at least 60%.
