Course content
The course builds on and further develops the knowledge and experience gained in the course Subject-Specific Didactic Portfolio I. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the latest findings in the field of working with teacher portfolios as a specific type of portfolio in the context of using portfolios in a learning society. The inclusion of the course in the period of preparation for the end of studies and the period preceding the last reflected teaching practice III allows students to summarize and reflect on the knowledge and experience gained primarily from partial practices, didactic seminars, and other courses. Attention is focused primarily on descriptors of the gradual development of teaching competencies and the developmental parts of the portfolio. Subtopics: 1. Changing perspectives on education and the work of teachers 2. Descriptors mapping the gradual development of competencies. Group reflection. Teacher assessment and self-assessment tool at the Technical University of Liberec. (2 hours) 3. Developmental part of the portfolio, personal development plan (key literature and resources from completed courses and planned personal development activities) 4. Determining areas and needs for further development. Evaluation of previous studies and personal teaching activities (2 hours)
