As part of Reflective Teaching Practice II, students further develop their professional competencies, particularly during independent or paired teaching. The partial tasks of the practice are focused on the personality of the student, connecting subjects of pedagogical, didactic, and psychological preparation, including psychological training focused on the application of didactic skills, subjects related to inclusive education, and differentiated teaching. Students also have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills they have acquired in their studies of subject didactics. As part of their teaching practice, they also attend classes and assist in teaching, which gives them the opportunity to observe experienced colleagues at work and learn from their examples.
