Course content
1. Concept of pedagogy of experience: wide application in educational practice. 2. Implementation of pragmatic concepts in education. 3. The project concept in educational context, activity programs. 4. Educational paradigms of cooperative and team approaches. 5. Game and its applications, modern concept and educational context. 6. Closer to nature: educational model of natural education. 7. Current concepts in postmodern educational projects.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
  • Class attendance - 42 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 14 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 12 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 12 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course connects theoretical didactic concepts with the application level of specific educational programs. Pragmatic outcomes are accentuated in the area of organizing educational work with children and youth.
After completion of the course student will be able: 1. to understand the content of prescribed curriculum of Didactic applications in educational programs 2. to reflect the topic critically 3. to demonstrate specific intellectual skills gained in a course in writing of a semestral paper 4. to apply gained knowledge in educational practice
Prerequisites
Student has basic knowledge of general didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written assignment

Active participation in seminars, semestral task, seminar colloquium. Oral exam.
