The aim of the course is to equip students with knowledge and skills in the field of interpersonal communication, working with social groups. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of pedagogical communication, teacher-student communication, constructive conflict resolution, learning the rules of assertiveness, the importance of listening and asking questions in primary school.
