Course content
|
Educational programs in terms of the creativity of teachers and pupils. Creativity in direct and indirect teaching. Creativity as a set of dispositions. Features of creativity. Developing creativity in acquiring knowledge and skills. Work with thought processes and concepts - thought-based operations (analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, analogy, etc.) and examples of their use in teaching and problem solving. Methods developing creativity in teaching - discussion, heuristic, situational, staging, didactic games. Creativity and the problem of reduction in teaching. Reduction as a method.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting ), Students' portfolio

Learning outcomes
|
The course acquaints students with theories of creativity and develops pedagogical creativity of students.
Student will be able: to understand the role of creativity in teaching to apply methods to develop creativity in the educational process

|
Basic knowledge of general pedagogy, didactics and psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Oral presentation of self-study, Written assignment
Active participation in seminars. Create a creative teaching unit project that will be presented at a seminar.
