Course content
|
1. Bullying - definition of bullying, actors of bullying (aggressor, victim, majority viewer), developmental stages of bullying (changes in perception and expressions of bullying actors). 2. Forms of bullying, recognition of the occurrence of bullying in the class, solution of bullying by school. 3. Cyberbullying - definition of cyberbullying, cyberbullying actors, forms of cyberbullying, solution of cyberbullying by school. 4. Prevention of bullying and cyberbullying - school anti-bullying program, minimum preventive program. 5. The role of school prevention methodologist, educational counselor and class teacher in the prevention of bullying and cyberbullying. 6. Preventing bullying and cyberbullying as part of education.

Learning outcomes
|
The course deals with matters of prevention and solution of bullying.
After completion of the course student will be able: 1. to understand the content of prescribed curriculum of Preventing bullying at school 2. to reflect the topic critically 3. to demonstrate specific intellectual skills gained in a course in writing of a semestral paper 4. to apply gained knowledge in educational process

Prerequisites

Student has basic knowledge of psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Written assignment
Active participation in seminars. Developing preventive activity in the field of bullying prevention for a selected grade of elementary school and its realization and reflection with other students.
