Course content
|
The subject introduces basic terminology in biology, geology, ecology and nature preservation. The focus is on ecosystem conception of education and understanding relations and principles in nature. Emphasis is put on practical experience and close contact with nature, and so creating of positive relationship to living organisms. The course includes excursions to The Zoo and forest park in Liberec and other fieldwork.

Learning outcomes
|
The course presents the terminology of animate and inanimate nature, the essentials of biological system and the methods of science education in the primary school. The focus is on ecosystem conception of education and on formation of positive relationship to living organisms. The course includes excursions to The Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Liberec
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field.

The course is held in Czech language, all requirements are stated in the Czech version.
