Course content
|
The course Didactics of nature studies introduces different forms and methods of education of nature science in primary school. It focuses on ecosystem conception of education and research and projekt methods. The emphasis is put on creating positive chldren´s attitude to the nature. The course includes fieldwork and introduction to ecocentres, their programmes and other offer and service for schools.

Learning outcomes
|
The course Didactics of nature studies takes students up with concepts animated and unanimated nature, basics of education system and methodologi of nature study subject at first degree of basic school. The accent is put on ecosystematic conception of education and on creating positive children´s relation to life organism.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Written assignment
Active participation in lessons, writting a thesis on chosen subject The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
