Course content
Topics: 1. Shared discussion in pairs - writing down questions related to the preparation and implementation of the project in teaching. Joint sorting and structuring of questions - creating a mind map. 2. Joint analysis of samples (listening, video). Group analysis of examples (text documentation, examples of products from completed projects, study scripts, and literature). Presentation and discussion. 3. Generalization of requirements for implementing thematic and project-based teaching (appropriate selection of topics, setting goals, adapting the environment, relationships, aids, rules, evaluation methods). Possibilities for effective interconnection and combination of both methods. 4. Discussion - types of projects, generalization of advantages, disadvantages, pitfalls, and possible solutions. 5. Guided planning of project-based teaching - Part 1: Individually or in small groups, students will develop a proposal for their own project. They will learn about the five-step methodology for creating a project. 6. Guided planning of project-based learning - Part 2: Students will develop a proposal for the measures necessary to ensure the successful preparation and implementation of the project. 7. Presentation of project proposals in groups, evaluation of proposals according to specified criteria, self-reflection by participants.

Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the search for the characteristics and definition of project-based learning, on the assessment of the possibilities, advantages, disadvantages and pitfalls of its implementation.
