Course content
Topics: 1. Explanation of basic concepts - discussions, shared conversations, mind maps. 2. Determinants of health - physical activity, nutrition, environment, psychosocial environment, family lifestyle, mental hygiene, risk of addiction. 3. Prevention - program creation, group work. 4. School health promotion program - analysis of video samples. 5. Teacher personality in the implementation of health education.

Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Problematic methods (research and exploration), Practicum
Learning outcomes
The course leads students to understand the interconnectedness of health with overall lifestyle, family life, school, living and working environments. The aim is to show the links between physical, mental and social health and to lead to the application of these ideas to the work of the school.
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field.
Prerequisites
General orientation in the subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Interview, Oral presentation of self-study, 

Active participation in exercises, presentation of a project proposal for health promotion at an elementary school.
