Interview, Presentation of group work
Students actively participate in the hiring practices. Practice 1 corresponds closely with the reflective seminar on Practice 1. In the reflective seminar, students are introduced to aspects of professional observation of teaching practice, which they undertake in Practice 1 by listening and, at a basic level, on-site in practice, analysing and evaluating with both the practitioner leading the practice and the reflective seminar tutor. The results of the listening practice are evaluated in the student's portfolio, where they keep a portfolio of both the analysis of the listening practice, the preparation for the listening practice, and the evaluation and reflection of the listening practice.
