Course content
Within the course Practice 2, students must actively prepare and implement fourteen blocks of practical activities and participate in basic evaluations of the preparation and outcomes of Practice 2 with a practitioner or seminar leader. Practice 2 is followed by a reflective seminar on Practice 2 serving a deeper and further reflection on the preparation, implementation and outcomes of Practice 2 and self-reflection of the student with regard to the development of his/her professional pedagogical competences. The student carries out Practice 2 in contracted institutions or in approved pedagogical institutions that correspond in quality and focus to the contracted pedagogical institutions. Practice 2 is realized in institutions where practice managers and practice experts are in close tandem contact with the FP TUL - educational departments of museums, galleries, school clubs, People in Need, selected training centres for ecological and research education. The course leads to the gradual, self-reflective development of the student's professional competences in the areas of - planning and implementation of educational and training programmes, creating an environment for the implementation of educational and training activities with an emphasis on a differentiated approach to the creation and implementation of pedagogical activities, in the area of evaluation, reflection on learning outcomes and support for formative assessment of students, as well as in the area of ethical behaviour of the teacher.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student's performance analysis, Presentation of acquired experience via portfolio

Students actively participate in ongoing practice. Practice 2 corresponds closely with the reflective seminar on Practice 2. The two courses "co-exist". In the reflective seminar, students are guided individually and in group reflections to professionally analyse their own pedagogical preparation for the continuous practice, and at the same time to reflect on their own outcomes of Practice 2 and to discuss and consolidate the experience of Practice 2 in a collegial group. The outcomes of the continuous practice, the records for Practice 2 are evaluated within the student's portfolio, where he/she keeps an analysis of the preparation (activities, methods, evaluation) as well as an evaluation and reflection of the practice itself.
