Thematic areas: 1. Actual tendences in Visual Arts Education. 2. Alternative and non-traditional way, new kinds of material. 3. Planning and methodical preparation of Visual Art activities. 4. New media, ICT programmes and aplications. 5. Methodical problems of school practice, examples. 6. Good practice documentacion. 7. Presentation, reflexion.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)

Learning outcomes
|
The course extend elementary didactics themas and follows up with Didactics of Visual Art Education and Didactics of Visual Art Activities. Students study more possibilities in preparation, planning and realization of art activities putting emphasis on actual art methods, techniques and process. The course presents practical examples of ICT technology.
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Presentation of acquired experience via portfolio, Oral presentation of self-study
Active participation, semestral work. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
