Course content
Thematic areas: 1. The role of the literary text. 2. Literary education competences of the teacher. 3. Methods for reading literacy. 4. Practical outputs - verification of methods for reading literacy. 5. Student presentations.

Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Seminár
  • Class attendance - 14 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 14 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 20 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 12 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is to familiarize students with the basic concepts of reading literacy. Consequently, they will practice different methods that are appropriate for developing children's reading literacy.
Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field.
Prerequisites
General orientation in the subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Presentation of group work

Participation in seminars, presentation. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
