Thematic areas: 1. Introduction to subject matter content. 2. Contemporary art processes in the historical and artistic context. 3. Lit script, dripping. 4. Dekalt, decal. 5. Frottage, cudgel. 6. Alternative graphics. 7. Animation. 8. Paperpiercing art, perforation. 9. Street art, stencil art. 10. Ekoart, waste materials. 11. Installation, spatial creation. 12. Art event, happening. 13. Earth Art. 14. Perception and interpretation of contemporary art in elementary school.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)

Learning outcomes
|
The course introduces basic stages of development of the history of modern and contemporary art, historical contexts, art techniques and materials. Emphasis is on taking into account applicability of art at elementary school. In the practical and theoretical seminars, the students will study the pedagogical potential of contemporary art processes and their transformation into the content of education at elementary school.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Presentation of artistic and creative activities, Oral presentation of self-study
Participation in seminars, presentations, seminar work. The course is held in Czech language, the requirements are stated in the Czech version.
