The opening (virtual) phase will take place in an online environment. During the opening day, on the one hand, all participants will meet in one online room (introduction of the organizers, introduction of the BIP program, its objectives and timetable; trailer presentations will frame the course content), on the other hand, participants will get acquainted with their mixed working groups (teacher facilitator, icebreakers, work assignments). The transition period between the virtual and the physical part (online phase) will take place in the HowSpace e-learning environment, where work groups will complete assignments (orientation to the mental health topic, work with assigned readings, comparisons between participating countries). The physical (face-to-face) phase will take place in Liberec. The main points of the program will be: introductory lectures by invited guests, workshops led by internal and external lecturers, excursions in organizations, continuous group work, familiarization with the venue (TUL, Liberec and surroundings).
