Course content
Seminars: 1. Introduction to the subject, requirements, rules and concepts of the subject; preparation for upcoming field trip 2. Field trip in an institution providing field and outpatient social services 3. Reflection on field trip in an institution providing field and outpatient social services with discussion; preparation for upcoming field trip 4. Field trip in an institution providing outpatient social services 5. Reflection on field trip in an institution providing outpatient social services with discussion; preparation for upcoming field trip 6. Field trip in an institution providing residential, field and outpatient social services 7. Reflection on field trip in an institution providing residential, field and outpatient social services with discussion; preparation for upcoming field trip 8. Learning outcomes
Subject is a part of practical preparation, which corresponds to the content of selected theoretical disciplines and has a methodically propaedeutic function. It introduces students into the practical context of topics related to social work and introduces them to selected examples of practical social work terrain and methodological possibilities of its studying. Each field trip includes previous preparation and subsequent analysis and controlled group reflection. Student keeps the logbook as the basis for processing the final portfolio of practical preparation. During social work field trips, student visits institutions with social workers, psychologists, healthcare workers as well as physical therapists whose activities are aimed at different target groups. It takes place in institutions providing residential social services.

Social work and consecutive knowledge gained through the educational background.

Student's performance analysis, Written assignment

Presence in the seminars, fulfiling the tasks of the seminar thesis and the notebook.
