1. Legal definition of mediation as voluntary dealing with conflicts out of court 2. Mediation and ways of its possible usage in social practice 3. Possible using of mediation during imprisonment

Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn the theory of probation and mediation. During the seminar they can confront their theoretical knowledges with practice, f.e. by role-playing they can use mediation and mediation techniques which help to solve a conflicts in the practice.

Student's performance analysis
To gain the credit students must join the seminar and write a semestral thesis. Other demands are specified by the lecturer.
