1. Gaining and application of the nonverbal communication 2. Verbal communication 3. Active listening, feed-back 4. Communication presumptions 5. Assertive communication 6. Interview management

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Demonstration of student skills
  • Preparation for credit - 30 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to gain, develop and reinforce basic personal and professional competencies that lead toward more quality in the helping process. One part of the discipline is gaining the knowledge about the communication theory, effective interview and reflection of the professional competencies in people professions.

Student's performance analysis

To gain the credit students must join the seminar and write a semestral thesis. Other demands are specified by the lecturer.
