Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to present yoga and poweryoga and the use of yoga exercises in the lessons of physical education. The basic topics are: introduction to physical exercises, pranajama, and mental exercises. Practice of sun salutation and basic asans.
Student will be able to perform exercises well.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
