Course content
During the five-day course, students will go through cycling trips to various destinations. These will lead both along the roads and in terrain (the acquisition of rise, descent and gear shifting). The component of the course is a visit of a single track. Students will be introduced to safety rules of group cycling and service of a bicycle.

  • Class attendance - 56 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the acquisition of cycling techniques both on the roads and in terrain. Furthermore, the course is focused on the acquisition of bike-maintenance skills.
Students acquire professional skills for the management of cycling groups .
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
