Course content
- influence of the fitness on the health of human organism - the basic topics of the theory of training, the health exercise and the testing of sport performance. - develop the coordination, the muscle force and volume - design of training plan and of exercise contribute to fitness of body.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to give information about influence of the fitness on the health of human organism. Through the lessons will be discussed the basic topics of the theory of training, the health exercise and the testing of sport performance. The student will know, how to develop the coordination, the muscle force and volume, enduringness, what are the priciples of design of taining plan and how the exercise contribute to fitness of body.
Students will be able to create a training program for developing children fitness.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
