Course content
1. History of strengthening, the effect of strengthening on the human body - on the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, body composition, energy metabolism; fitness center equipment, fitness center division; characteristics of trainees. 2. Peculiarities of age strengthening - strengthening youth, middle-aged and elderly people, women and the obese. 3. Determining the initial state of trainees (measurements, tests, shortened and weakened muscle groups, anamnesis, aspexes - Wellness program). 4. Creating an exercise program, basic concepts, training methods - flushing system, training frequency; nutrition issues, drug abuse 5. Practical mastery of the exercise stack: spine rotators, abdominal muscles. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 6. Practical mastery of the exercise stack: interscapular? and gluteal muscles. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 7. Practical mastery of the exercise stack: back muscles, straighteners, trapezius muscles. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 8. Practical mastery of the exercise stack: delta? and pectoral muscles, external humerus rotators. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 9. Practical mastery of the stack of exercises: biceps and triceps arms, serrated anterior muscle. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 10. Practical mastery of the exercise tank: deep arm muscle, forearm muscles, front of thighs. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 11. Practical mastery of the exercise tank: back of the thighs, calf muscles, anterior tibial muscle. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. 12. Practical practice of own exercise programs. 13. Sports bodybuilding. Information about bodybuilding competitions and a demonstration of power triathlon.

Learning outcomes
The goal of lessons is to acquaint the students with chosen problems of body building on human´s organism. With investigation with introductory state of trainees, with suitable stretching, lifting of particular muscles.
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of human anatomy.
