Course content
Theoretical circuits: 1. Introduction to the subject, athletic warm-up. 2. Development of acceleration, low start training methodology. 3. Running alphabet, relay pass through the lower arc. 4. Development of speed, rebound training. 5. Development of endurance ? game method. 6. Athletic rules I. ? general rules, rules of track competitions. 7. Athletic rules II. ? competitions in the field, all-around, walking. Specifics of deciding competitions for younger school age. 8. Technique and methodology of training the long jump in a crouching manner, jumps from a short run. 9. Height training, flop from 4 steps, balls - general throwing exercises (throwing complex). 10. Distance - rhythmicization of the start, jumps from a full start, balls - preparatory throws and throws from the spot. 11. Throwing preparation-general throwing-principles of correct technique (throwing complex). 12. Ball throw - a methodical series of exercises. 13. Repetition class. 14. Fulfillment of credit requirements.

Learning outcomes
Students will get to know the basic athletic disciplines, learn the basic technique and become familiar with the training methodology. At the same time, it develops movement skills through athletic means. They will also learn the basic rules of athletics related to the organization and decision-making of competitions.
The student can transfer acquired movement skills and knowledge.

Basic level of movement skills.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills

Test on the rules of athletics. Demonstration of the technique of basic athletic skills ? running ABC, low start, long jump ? crouching method + performance evaluation, ball throw from a short run. Verification of the required level of movement skills during active participation in classes. Preparation and organization of athletic competitions for a given age category (e.g. school competitions for the 1st grade of elementary school).
