Course content
Profit organization nature (professional sports clubs, travel agencies, marketing agencies, companies providing Sports services) Non-profit organizations (associations, public benefit societies, associations, foundations and endowment funds, public and private organizations). Options subsidy programs (calls, load, organization). Basics of sponsorship (menus, addressing companies evaluate collaboration). Advertising (basic procedures, financial analysis, benefits, demands, viral advertising). Strategic planning - the need for strategic and financial planning. Porter's five forces model; Models sporting markets and their strategic implications. The role of the state in the development of sports and care about him. Professional sports job, media, athletes management, evaluation of results. Human resource management in sport specifics management and evaluation of human resources in sports organizations. Leadership Leadership theories of leadership. Evaluating the performance of the specifics in sports performance evaluation.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Written assignment presentation and defence
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the management of physical education, sport and physical recreation, strategic planning, marketing, sponsorship and advertising in terms of physical education, sport and physical recreation activities and sports manager.
After successfully completing the course, students will be able to: 1. Understand the different models of strategic management of sports organizations. 2. Critically analyze the key features of the current strategic management in the sports environment. 3. Critical evaluate strategic options for sports organizations including their feasibility and sustainability. 4. Identifying problems and opportunities. 5th analyze the external and internal environment of sports organizations.
Prerequisites
Interest in the issue. The use of critical thinking.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written exam

Following the subject Management for recreology first A maximum of 2 absences. Elaboration and presentation of a project in a given term. Exam in the form of a written test. 1 = Excellent (90-100%), 2 = very good (75-89%), 3 = Good (60-74%), 4 = Insufficiently (0-59%).
