Learning outcomes
The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson. The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson, different kind of exercising - low and high aerobic, step aerobic, lifting with apparatus, poweryoga, spinning etc.
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.
