Course content
|
Flowing position on the chest, on the back. Reflection from the wall. Swimming breathing. Games for adaptation to the aquatic environment. Breaststroke swimming technique. Games for practicing breathing. Games for practicing fusion. Diving training and underwater orientation. Treading water, methods of immersion. Swimming underwater, hunting objects. Methodology for training jumps and falls into the water. Helping a tired swimmer, pulling a drowning person, pulling him out of the water.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on l principes of basic swimming and rescue techniques.
Student will be able to perform swimming discipline technical well. Student is able to provide assisted depleted swimmers.

|
The student is a swimmer.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Systematické pozorování studenta, Presentation of acquired experience via portfolio
Active participation in exercises (80%). Completion of the swimming test - after the fall, follow up by swimming backwards and continuously swim 200 m in the selected swimming method, using the technique presented in the lesson in the time limit of 5:30 for men and 6:00 for women.
