Course content
Lectures 1. Establishment of law and function of law. State and law, common law, habitual law, establishment of state institutions and legal norms, legislative initiative, legislative process, law and ethics. 2. Basic legal concepts. Law, legal consciousness, legal relations, subjects of legal relationship, legal norm, legal force, legal facts, legal order and order. 3. The so-called sport law and its legal framework, European sport policy. 4. Selected basic legal norms, in particular the Constitution, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms 5. Civil Code. 6. Selected basic legal norms in the field of information work. 7. Selected basic legal norms in labor law. Exercises: 1. Selected provisions of basic legal standards 2. Selected provisions of the Civil Code - 1 3. Selected provisions of the Civil Code - 2 4. Selected legal provisions in the area of information work - 1 5. Selected legal provisions in the field of information work - 2 6. Selected provisions of legal norms in the area of labor law - 1 7. Selected provisions of legal norms in the area of labor law - 2 The lectures show the structure and the interconnectedness of the legal norms in the area, the practical exercises of selected legal provisions.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence

Learning outcomes
Students will learn about legal issues, which relates to the field of sport and recreation.
The student will gain legal expertise in relation to sport and leisure.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the basics laws.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined examination, Test

Active participation in lessons (at least 75 %). Demonstration of knowledge of discussed topics, especially legal theory, and orientation in content of legal norms and regulations. Successful completion of written tests (50% of the correct answers).
