Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the issues and development of movement skills in the field of fitness training, which is focused on strengthening and stretching selected muscle groups and, at the same time, on acquiring basic skills in the field of self-defense, which will help the student increase his personal safety.
