Course content
Exercises: 1. Course description 2. The importance of movement in comprehensive care. 3. Breathing. Breathing exercises. 4. Basics of kinesiology, static mobility, muscle imbalance, dynamic mobility. 5. Examination of aspects. Other forms of monitoring. 6. Disorders of the function of the motor system. 7. Disorders of movement stereotypes. 8. Introduction to the precise implementation of compensatory and test exercises. 9. Division of compensatory exercises. 10. Exercise unit. Content of individual parts. 11. Based on testing one's own level of the skeletal-muscular system, creating an individual exercise program. 12. Types of movement. 13. Relaxation exercises. Relaxation training after previous stretching, training of local, general and differentiated relaxation. 14. Possibilities of using exercises in pedagogical, sports and everyday practice.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the issues of compensatory exercise. This includes the characteristics of balancing exercises, muscle imbalances, description of compensatory exercises, breathing and relaxation exercises, types of movements according to the method of execution. Introduction to the most common problems in the area of ??musculoskeletal disorders, their prevention with compensatory exercises.
