Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to deepen knowledge about the effect of fitness exercise on performance and health.
Students will learn how to develop coordination skills, muscle strength, and endurance, what are the principles in creating fitness programs and how exercise contributes to a healthy lifestyle and optimizing body weight.
