Course content
Exercises: 1) Practical mastery of a stack of exercises: pectoral muscles, serrated anterior muscle. Location of muscles, their function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 2) Practical acquisition of the stack of exercises: abdominal muscles. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 3) Practical acquisition of a stack of exercises: back muscles ? rotators, erectors, upper and lower fixators of the shoulder blades, external and internal rotators of the humerus. Location of muscles, their functions, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 4) Practical acquisition of the stack of exercises: arm muscles. Location of muscles, their functions, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 5) Practical acquisition of the stack of exercises: gluteal muscles. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 6) Practical mastery of the stack of exercises: front and back of the thighs. Muscle location, function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training. 7) Practical mastery of the stack of exercises: calf muscles and anterior shin muscle. Location of muscles, their function, appearance, testing, stretching, strengthening. Circuit Training.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the issue of the influence of strengthening on the human organism, with the condition of the exercisers, with strengthening with appropriate stretching of individual muscle groups, circular training.
