Course content
Exercise : 1) Bouldering - basic aspects of healthy and efficient movement, bounces, basic climbing positions and transfers from them. 2) Bouldering - no hands, climbing in a horizontal, vertical and overhanging profile. Types of holds and grips. 3) Climbing - cooperation between climber and belayer - communication, basics of belaying, hooking up, swinging. 4) Climbing - swinging, rope jumps (TR), belaying (TR). 5) Speed climbing. 6) Climbing - descending routes, handling express trains. 7) Climbing - stepping paths.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basics of climbing on an artificial climbing wall.
After completing the course, students should have enough theoretical knowledge and practical skills to move safely while climbing.

Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills

Active participation in seminars (at least 75%). Demonstration of selected movement skills.
