Course content
|
Thematic areas: The theoretical part: 1. Safety on the mountains and on the downhill slopes. 2. Cross-country and downhill skiing technique. Equipment and armament. Lubricating skis. 3. Children's ski training and its peculiarities. 4. Organization of winter school in nature. Practical part: 1. Basics of cross-country skiing ? ski preparation, classic running technique. 2. Basics of downhill skiing ? downhill and turning methodology. 3. Games in the snow. 4. Organization of a trip in a winter environment.

Learning outcomes
|
The student will get to know the basics of downhill and cross-country skiing and the basic methodology aimed mainly at teaching skiing to children of younger school age as part of physical education lessons or as part of a winter school in nature. Furthermore, the subject is focused on the topic of winter tourism, safety when staying in a winter environment and the issue of game activities in the snow.

|
Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Systematické pozorování studenta
