Course content
Thematic areas: 1. Introductory lesson, getting to know the requirements. Low aerobic exercise-terminology and practical implementation. 2. High aerobic exercise - terminology and practical implementation. Construction of an aerobics lesson. 3. Resistance bands, expanders. 4. Zumba, fitness dance. 5. Suspension systems - fly yoga, TRX. 6. BOSU, overball. 7. Suspension systems-bungee workout. 8. Yoga, power yoga and children's yoga. 9. Suspension systems - aerial hoop. 10. Circuit training. 11. Boxfit, taebo, kickbox aerobics. 12. HIIT, tabata, interval training. 13. Jumping. 14. Functional training.

Motoric and practical working skills training, Practicum

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to deepen theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of modern forms of movement
Students should be able to actively use the terminology of modern movement forms and methodically correctly assemble part of the exercise lesson.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills corresponding to the age characteristics of the student.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student's performance analysis, Practical exam

80% active participation in exercises, creation and presentation of an aerobic set (2 x 32 hours), practical output (conducting a warm-up using MPF), seminar work.
