Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of the relationship between nutrition and performance in sports. Students will learn to identify the nutritional needs of different types of athletes, from recreational to elite, and understand the impact of dietary habits on their performance and health. In addition, students will learn to plan and recommend appropriate dietary strategies and supplementation to support optimal sports performance and recovery in accordance with the athletes' individual needs and goals.
