Learning outcomes
|
Education is based on acquirement of motoric skills in light of methodics and didactics of resistance excercises , especially on practical adoption of falling technics, principles of judo, aikido and karate.
Students will acquire mastery of physical skills, martial arts sports.

Prerequisites
|
Motor abilities focused on the age of students.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis
Active participation in seminars (at least 75%). Demonstration of selected movement skills.
