Course content
Exercises: 1. Introduction to volleyball (history, rules and technique). 2. Two-handed uppercut. 3. Preparatory games for hitting with both hands. 4. Two-handed kick from below. 5. Preparatory games for hitting both hands from below. 6. Submission from below. 7. Serving from the top. 8. Passing practice. 9. Practice recording. 10. Offensive strike. 11. Blocking. 12. Mini volleyball. 13. Volleyball match. 14. Test.

Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Preparation for credit - 14 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 14 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The lesson is focused on getting to know the history, rules, technique and game of volleyball.
The student will be able to teach sports games (volleyball) according to the correct methodical procedure. He will also be able to organize a volleyball tournament, including its decision-making.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
