Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to present the characteristics and methods of reinforcing motive, respiratory and cardiovascular system and the use of respiratory and relaxing exercises. The muscular disharmony- the choice of stretching and relaxing exercises and bodybuilding. Pedagogical diagnosis - examination of aspects and motion.
Students acquire professional skills for teaching adapted physical education.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Didactic test
Active participation in classes - 80% attendance, handing in and approval of the seminar work, 75% passing of the credit test.
