Course content
The course builds on the results achieved in the previous semester (KUM/CJP1). The student should be able to convince a potential investor that he has calculated his project, knows how much and when he will spend, when, how much and on what he will get, how much he will want to borrow, when he will break even (KZ). The student will participate in the Start-up TUL challenge at least once in the given academic year. 1. Review with a summary of the concepts and issues of the previous semester 2. What is entrepreneurship in relation to the field of study. 3. Finances under control 4. Costs/revenues/economic result, what will be the costs of my project 5. What is a financial plan, 6. What is pricing + presenting examples 7. What is "lean" 8. How not to waste, what will be the revenues of my project and from what. 9. Presenting successful examples 10. lean startup, lean canvas. 11. Strategic development of own projects I 12. Strategic development of own projects II 13. Verification of an idea in record time and its launch. 14. Summary of the semester and clarification of the conditions for passing the graded credit.

Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 60 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The form of seminars, workshops and events related to the theme of creation, introduction and implementation of the business plan. The program will include discussion sessions with successful entrepreneurs who have businesses to their employees, and different kind of relation than the current standard is.

Assessment methods and criteria
Practical exam

Attendance at lectures and seminars at least 80%, preparation of a financial plan for a business project from the subject CJP1, defense of a business project including a financial plan.
