This programme aims at educating graduates who have a deep and systematic knowledge of microeconomic theory, research methodology, quantitative and statistical methods for processing empirical data. Graduates further gain additional expertise in specialized disciplines of business economics and management, focusing in particular on the behavior and management in a global environment of innovation and new instruments of corporate financing.

The graduate will be able to: - critically compare the views of standard economic models at key economic categories and mechanisms, and evaluate their applicability to current economic and political problems and evaluate their impact on company strategies, - identify, classify and interpret economic data, including their explicit and implicit assumptions in the application of the basic concepts of linear algebra, mathematical and statistical analyses and probability methods, - run a quantitative and qualitative analysis of economic data, - use the information technology and software support for analytical activities.
