Nursing Program provides university undergraduate education general nurses. Preparing a universally educated nonmedical professionals in nursing with complete theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to work as nurses. Definition output knowledge and skills - educational objectives, ie. Professional competencies in national standards based on the European strategy of the World Health Organization and the directives and recommendations of the European Commission for nurses.

|
Output knowledge and skills of nurses are formulated into the basic competency criteria set out in the documents of the European Commission. Output knowledge and skills of nurses, ie. The professional competence of nurses, are divided into basic, specialized and highly specialized according to the basic features that meet sister and based on valid legislation of the Czech Republic. Graduates are responsible for general care includes care for people of all ages, which is cared for in medical facilities or in their own social environment of the individual, in acute and chronic health disorders and in somatic and mental problems. Graduates can protect, maintain, restore and promote the health of individuals and groups, their autonomy and self-sufficiency in the field of physical and mental life functions, taking into account the psychological, social, economic and cultural differences between the way of life of people with disabilities.
