Key learning outcomes The graduates will acquire knowledge of basic textile applications both in the area of classic technologies and in the areas related with new materials and advanced technologies. In the area of quality control they will gain basic knowledge in quality assurance and its planning (quality control, assurance systems) including development trends. They are directed to analytical thinking, so that they are able to evaluate risks by planning and implementing new products into production. They will be knowledgeable in the basis of legislation in the area of quality systems. They will be equipped with practical knowledge of data analysis. The aim of the study in this branch is to prepare graduates for positions that will require quality provision (e.g. quality manager) and for positions in company testing laboratories or metrological laboratories.

Qualification requirements and regulations 120 ECTS credits for subjects required by the study plan, final state examination, defended a master´s thesis.
