Bakalářská práce na téma Pěstounská péče z pohledu biologických dětí v rodině se zabývá problematikou přijetí dítěte/dětí do pěstounské péče biologickým dítětem pěstounů. Zkoumanými oblastmi jsou zejména vliv pěstounské péče na život a prožívání biologického dítěte ve své rodině, přijetí nevlastního sourozence do vlastní rodiny, úskalí, která tato skutečnost přináší, a rovněž hledání možných východisek. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vnímají biologické děti pěstounskou péči ve své rodině, a formulovat doporučení budoucím pěstounům.
Práce je členěna do pěti hlavních kapitol, z nichž první tři se zabývají teoretickým vymezením tématu, zbývající dvě se věnují průzkumu. Průzkum byl proveden způsobem kvalitativního získávání dat pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti respondenty. Všichni respondenti jsou biologickými dětmi rodičů, kteří se stali dlouhodobými pěstouny, a všichni shodně potvrdili, že přijetí dítěte/dětí do pěstounské péče na ně mělo velký vliv.

Topic of the bachelor thesis Foster care from the point of view of biologic children in the family is concerning the problematics of accepting a child into foster care by a biologic child of the foster parents. The thesis is mainly focused on the influence foster care has on the life and feelings of the biologic child(ren) in the family, accepting a step-sibling into the family, difficulties brought on by foster care, and looking for possible solutions. The goal of the thesis is to discover how biologic children experience foster care in their family, and, based on those findings, to form suggestions for future foster parents.
The thesis is divided into five main chapters. Three chapters focus on the theoretical frame of the topic, the remaining two chapters contain research. The research was conducted using a qualitative method of data collection by semi-structured dialogues with five respondents. All respondents are biologic children of parents who became long-term foster parents. It is worth noting that 100 percent of respondents confirmed that accepting a foster child/children into their home had a huge influence on them.
