Preparing for the interview, first contact (verbal, nonverbal, paralinguistic communication, meta-communication), speech specifics, conveying, sharing, listening - empathic, professional 3. Formulating the contract, negotiating the contract, 4. Counselling interview phases, terminating and assessing, 5. Ethical aspects of counselling 6. Specifics of the telephonic and internet counselling, crisis intervention, counselling for people in a difficult situation, working with a client who is emotionally engaged, counselling in pedagogy and health care ? 7.
